Please be sure to read your confirmation letters immediately upon receipt and report any discrepancies so they may be addressed as soon as possible. Changes to rooms, dates or times may have been made by the room scheduling office in order to maximize efficient use of facilities. Failure to read and understand confirmations in a timely fashion are the number one cause of confusion and are easily avoidable.
