If you would like technical assistance on-hand for your event, or if you are requiring video recording or editing, we provide the following services:
A/V Technical support:
Meeting kickoff support for events that fall within regular business hours will be provided at no charge.
For events outside of business hours, or if you wish to have a technician remain on-site for your event, the following charges will apply:
$60.00 per hour Mon - Fri 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour minimum)
$60.00 per hour Saturday, Sunday, or outside of the regular business hours indicated above (2 hour minimum)
**PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE INCLUDED ON YOUR INVOICE**
-In order to schedule and provide personnel, requests for technical assistance must be made at least 48 hours prior to your event. Completing the request form is not a confirmation and does not guarantee technical assistance will be available. Upon receiving the request, our department will contact you to discuss the details of your needs.-
