Our Yoga group classes are led by trained and experienced Yoga Therapists who will facilitate a safe and positive experience for you to find the best way to comfortably move and still be able to achieve more. Having this in mind, we offer classes with different goals that can serve you at different times in your journey.

An in-person introduction to movement-based healing. This group incorporates gentle movement, breathing, and meditation for beginners, along with modifications for each individual's needs. Support from both a medical provider and yoga therapist creates a safe environment for all to engage with therapeutic movement on their healing journey. Yoga for Health Class Information Type Clinical Group Class Suitability Movement 1 (M1): Classes to facilitate healing the whole self, including increasing safety, comfort and ease. Designed for those with some physical limitations and those new to the practice. Format In-Person only Duration 6 weeks (60-min sessions) Facilitated by Yoga Therapist Home practice
(time spent outside of group)Participants are encouraged to practice at home for 5-15 minutes daily integrating a few skills learned in class, including gentle movements, breathing and/or meditation. This M2 series is a continuing progression of the Yoga techniques that are introduced in Osher’s Yoga to Restore (M1) class. This series focuses on relaxing and energizing the whole self, finding mobility and stability, without causing additional pain or distress. This series intends to facilitate self-regulation (or steady energy). This series includes slow-paced, gentle movements coordinated with breath, followed by a breathing practice and meditation. Standing, kneeling, and lying positions will be offered. Modifications will be available. This M2 series is suitable for those with some experience in practicing Yoga and for those comfortable moving on their own.
Yoga to Regulate Class Information Type Group Yoga Class Series Class Suitability Movement 2 (M2): Classes to facilitate regulation of the whole self, including mobility, connection and attention. This series is designed for those with Hypermobility Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and other conditions. This in-person class facilitates safe movements within a student's own range so that the fear and anxiety associated with moving can be eased. Specific intents include slowly building stability and strength, practicing calming breathing, and increasing one’s trust in their own system.
