Participants will learn mindfulness techniques through guided exercises, mindful movement, and mindful listening, exploring habits and thoughts that contribute to negative patterns. This group aims to equip you with skills for coping with stress, improving focus, enhancing emotional regulation, and cultivating greater presence and self-awareness, ultimately fostering a more balanced and compassionate approach to your daily life.
