Our eStar Rep Development Program is led by two of our Nursing Informatics Specialists who have a passion for our eStar Reps. They plan and lead Orientation sessions, regular Lunch and Learn sessions, and produce a quarterly educational newsletter for eStar Reps on a variety of topics. The goal of these educational forums is to empower eStar Reps in their understanding and use of the technology available to them at VUMC.
