S3: Success, Strategy, and the Scope of Nursing Leadership - a Series

 

Course Type:  Live event, instructor-led workshop

Course Description:

The S3 series focuses on providing instruction and coaching on practical strategies for the nurse who is new to the role of CSL, RSL, or Assistant Manager. Nurse Managers and/or Unit-Based Nurse Educators, who are new to VUMC, would also benefit from the content in this course.

This two-day course highlights resources, communication skills, interpretation of reports, and performance evaluations. The goal of this course is to provide the participant with basic tools and resources to begin a successful transition into a nursing leadership role.
