Rose-Elyse “Rose” Snelson, PA-C
Rose-Elyse "Rose" Snelson is a board-certified Physician Associate (PA-C) in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Her area of focus is in sequelae of traumatic and acquired brain injury, as well as stroke and cerebral palsy. She completed her Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining the PM&R team, she had 4 years of experience with General Pediatric and Adult Neurology.
She was previously a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. She possesses working (intermediate) proficiency in Spanish speaking skills. She has a passion for serving her community by offering optimal care to her patients while providing additional resources to assist in educating and supporting patients.
Outside of her professional life, Rose enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, taking walks with her husband and dog, rock climbing, and spending time outdoors.
