Program Status Update: The Cardiovascular Perfusion Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Accreditation Committee - Perfusion Education (AC-PE). The program has been placed on Probationary Accreditation as of September 16, 2022. 

What is Cardiovascular Perfusion?

Cardiovascular Perfusion Technology involves the study of physiology, pathology and associated equipment used to support and/or assume the function of the heart and/or lungs during medical procedures.
