Bio
Tiff Young, CYT-200 (she/her), is the Associate Program Manager for the Mind-Body Program. Raised in rural southwest Arkansas and later moving to the Nashville area, Tiff discovered the integrative health space through her own journey to find movement practices that supported her chronic conditions. This led her to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, during which she embraced her dharma statement: “I exist to radiate my love, magic, and support to both the brightest and the darkest parts of all beings.”
Tiff oversees logistics, program development, and communications for the Mind-Body Program at the Osher Center. These programs help patients strengthen the mind-body connection, build coping skills, and find community support throughout their healing journey. She also contributes to broader center operations, including newsletters, staff training, and marketing initiatives. In addition, Tiff is active in Osher Collaborative committees and groups, including the Administrative Committee, Planetary Health Working Group, and the Yoga/Meditation Special Interest Group. Outside of Vanderbilt, she volunteers with Citizens’ Climate Lobby, a nonpartisan grassroots organization advocating for national policies to address climate change.
