Appropriate documentation (certificate of completion) of attendance and completion of all training is required for credit.
The Learning Exchange or CITI completion details:
Email certificates for sessions completed outside of the Vanderbilt Learning Exchange and CITI website to Trainingcertificates@vumc.org Please allow 24 hours for DISCOVR-e to be updated.
Completion reports for courses taken through the CITI Program are automatically emailed to the VHRPP office with the exception of the "Responsible Conduct of Research" courses.
For Instructor Led sessions:
Unless a sign in sheet is provided for signing at the session, you may need to Sign in electronically through the VUMC CME (Office for Continuous Professional Development) office or by texting the CME code provided at the meeting to 855-776-6263.
If you do not have a CME profile:
- Access the internet with either your cell phone or computer.
- Visit https://vumc.cloud-cme.com
- Log in using your VUnetID and password.
- Create your profile.
