The VBDCC congratulates associate biostatistician Cara Lwin on earning her master's degree in our department's graduate program. In addition to writing and defending her thesis on Bayesian survival analysis, leveraging electronic health record data from randomized clinical trials (see her alumni profile for the abstract), Lwin has also co-authored papers on RSV and COVID-19 published in high-impact peer-reviewed journals. Congratulations, Cara!
