Mentoring Committee Mission Statement
Our role in supporting the Program Directors and Assistant Program Directors is under development. This working group will facilitate the growth and development of Program Directors as they seek to maximize the learning environment for their learners who are advancing through competencies, milestones, and entrustable professional activities. Members on this committee will serve as peer advisors. These mentors seek to provide feedback, serve as a sounding board, and guide program directors along a course that propels them on a trajectory of excellence.
