Course Description:
This course aims to provide an accelerated review for preparation in taking the TCRN examination. This covers multiple facets of trauma care throughout the full spectrum of care, from pre-hospital to rehabilitation. Topics of focus include trauma physiology of all body systems, end-organ dysfunction, resuscitation, continuum of care, legal and professional issues, and quality metrics related to trauma.

Elizabeth has been a nurse for 9 years, with a background in both Emergency Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. She has worked as both a staff nurse and supervisor in high-volume, high acuity adult and pediatric trauma centers, and also holds a passion for education. She is an instructor for TNCC and ENPC courses, CEN, CPEN, and TCRN Review courses, and has had the honor of presenting for multiple Emergency Nurse’s Association conferences at both the state and national levels.
