Adding a New Activity Director

The following steps should be done for any new Activity Directors (RSS and/or Live Courses).

  • Adding the Course Director/RSS Activity Director role(s) allows easy emailing to these groups from within CloudCME as well as helps with some reporting.  It also allows user access permissions to be changed in bulk for the entire group when needed.

In the administration section:

  • Select Membership then Membership Manager
  • Look up the person you are adding (last name, first name)
  • Once their record loads, go to the Roles tab
  • Select Course Director and/or RSS Activity Director (depending on the activities for which they are responsible)
  • Save
