Registration for Issues in Pelvic Surgery XXIV is completed entirely online. After you register, you will be directed to a payment form for online fee payment. If you instead wish to pay via check, there will be instructions on how to do so by mail after registration.

Your registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, the syllabus, CME credit, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.

All registrations must be completed and payments received before February 16, 2017.
Cancellation and Refund
If you have registered and are unable to attend the seminar, please contact Jennifer Pelfrey at jennifer.l.pelfrey@vanderbilt.edu to inform us of your cancellation and to arrange for a refund. Please be aware that there will be a $50 processing fee for all refunds. Requests for refunds after February 10 will not be honored.
