Contact Hour Documentation

The Provider Unit must keep a record of all NCPD events that offer CNE credit. The Nurse Planner and Program Manager assigned to your activity is responsible for compiling all required documents for your event and will work with the Designated Event Contact to ensure all documents are completed within the set deadline (at least two weeks prior to the event).

Each individual event has specific documentation required by the ANCC. Your assigned Nurse Planner and Program Manager will oversee the documentation process.

Did you know that if you are planning on having an in-person or live-stream event, the following documents are required:

  1. Advertising (submitted to Nurse Planner Prior to release)
  2. Agenda (if greater than 3 hours)
  3. Planning Table
  4. Disclosure of Relevant Financial Relationships (on-line form)
  5. Disclosure/Texting Brochure
  6. Joint Provider Form (if applicable)
  7. Exhibitor Form (if applicable)
  8. Commercial Support (if applicable)
