Cristin Fritz, MD, MPH

Cristin Fritz is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics within the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Vanderbilt Health. Her research focuses on developing effective strategies for connecting families with social risks identified in the inpatient setting to resources in the community. She is specifically interested in identifying and addressing Food Insecurity and leads inpatient Food Insecurity screening and resource connection efforts at Vanderbilt. She is a member of Vanderbilt Center for Child Health Policy and an advocate for policies that support children and families.

Dr. Fritz completed her MD and Master of Public Health at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Pediatrics residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
