Allie M. Bell is the Research Coordinator for the PRO Employee Health Protections program; a project sponsored by the CDC’s National Personal Protective Technologies Laboratory (NPPTL). The program is designed to provide surveillance of personal protective equipment used by healthcare workers in acute healthcare facilities for exposure protection against special pathogens, like Ebola Virus Disease.

She graduated with a double major in Social Work and Sociology from Austin Peay State University.

Ms. Bell has worked in clinical research for approximately thirteen years; ten of which, have been with Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
