Flu vaccines given through the Peer Vaccination Program MUST be documented using the Redcap survey link that should have been sent to you when you signed up as the Peer Vaccinator.
OHC will verify employment status for each employee and document vaccinations in Occupational Health Information System (OHIS). OHIS sends the vaccination information to eStar. Do not access an employee's medical record in eStar to document a flu vaccine given through the Peer Vaccination Program.
