To schedule an appointment, call 615-936-1327 and ask for an appointment with The SHARE Center.
We are currently providing services in-person and via telehealth. We have also private space in our office suite for individuals to use for their telehealth appointments, if needed.
Our office is located in the basement of the Medical Arts Building, Suite 013.
Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
