​Quianda earned her doctorate in Education from Argosy University, Phoenix. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling from Old Dominion University. For many years, she worked as a Counselor for an outpatient dual diagnosis program in Hampton, VA. She then worked as a crisis counselor for Metro Nashville Police Department before taking a position as a counselor with a university counseling center. Quianda is also certified Master Addictions Counselor, and alcohol and drug addiction are her primary areas of interest.
