Madona Kozman, APRN, FNP-BC

Madona Kozman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in January 2023. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University.

Madona completed a one-year Otolaryngology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This advanced training provided her with extensive experience evaluating and managing a wide range of ENT conditions while working alongside experienced otolaryngologists in a high-volume specialty practice.

She believes that the best outcomes come from listening carefully to her patients, understanding their goals, and partnering with them to develop individualized treatment plans. She strives to educate her patients about their conditions and empower them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
