ShaNiya “Niya” Pleasant is a Nashville native. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Lipscomb University. Shaniya is a PharmD and Master of Healthcare Informatics Student at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy aspiring to increase positive health outcomes. Previously, she has served in compounding, inpatient, retail pharmacy and research sectors. She is experienced in data analysis, block chain, consumer health, python, pandas, and Microsoft. In her free time, Shaniya enjoys going on walks with her fiancé and her dog, Hendrix. In the future, she would like to work as a Managed Care Pharmacist.
