Participants with a career focused upon medical education are nominated by their respective Chairpersons to participate in this 24-month program. Monthly small-group meetings are one-hour in duration, and scheduling is based upon the availability of the participants and senior facilitators.
The purpose of these meetings is to provide support and guidance to access and acquire the resources and skills necessary for successful careers as educators.
