Cindy joined the Resuscitation Program in 2007. She graduated from East Tennessee State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Patient Education and a minor in Sociology. Cindy has also received credentialing as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
