I grew up in Southern Indiana and graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2022 with a B.S. in Microbiology and a minor in epidemiology.
Research Information
In the Byndloss lab, I study microbiome-mediated regulation of S. Typhimurium intestinal invasion. I use a combination of in vitro methods and mouse models to answer questions about Salmonella pathogenesis and gut health.
