Hello! I’m glad you’re here. As a graduate of this internship, I value the longstanding mission of Vanderbilt University Medical Center to be a leader in health and wellness through exceptional patient care, education and research.
Personally, I enjoy training the future of our profession and strive to practice with a mindset that is affirming, non-judgmental and intentional. I’m proud that our program specializes in training dietitians to:
- Practice with professionalism and integrity as a food and nutrition expert
- Provide excellence in patient care through a health equity and literacy lens, and
- To be an advocate for food access, nutrition education and health care in diverse settings
