Vanderbilt’s Colin Walsh, MD, MA, was recently elected to the American College of Medical Informatics (ACMI) class of 2022. The 14 new fellows were inducted into the ACMI at the 2022 American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) Annual Symposium, held in Washington, DC.
“The American College of Medical Informatics includes informatics leaders from around the world, including some of my mentors who were responsible for giving me the training and opportunity to do the work that I do every day,” said Walsh, associate professor in the Departments of Biomedical Informatics, Medicine and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
“To be recognized by these incredible people by induction into ACMI remains one of the highlights of my career.”
