Women's Health Research- September 22, 2022

Next Thursday Lin Ammar will be presenting at the Women's Health Research- Works in Progress meetings! Lin is a PhD student in epidemiology, with a thesis focused on Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology. Her research mentor is Pingsheng Wu, Ph.D., M.S. Lin Ammar will be presenting her work-  Quitting electronic cigarette use during pregnancy and the risk of adverse birth outcomes.

The Women’s Health Research center in the Institute of Medicine and Public Health (IMPH) is putting on the 2022 Women’s Health Research symposium. The symposium’s theme for this year is Women’s Health & COVID-19 and will take place every Friday in May (06, 13, 20, & 27) from 10 AM – 12 PM, the weekly subtopics are below.
