Requesting VU Access to ACUP Website and Applications

In order for Vanderbilt University faculty and staff to access ACUP webpages and applications,
they must request access.  

NOTE: It is recommended to use an Incognito/InPrivate browser window to request access. 
This prevents any stored credentials from causing an issue. 

 

Request VU Access to ACUP Website

Grants access to information found in the links at the top of the webpage, including Policies, Training, and Forms. 

Request VU Access to ARIES

Grants access to the main Protocol Management tool used by ACUP for protocol submissions, amendments, etc. 

Request VU Access to AALAS Learning Library

Grants access to the AALAS curriculum for required training. 

Request VU Access to TOPAZ-Elements

Grants access to the application used for animal ordering, census management, cage card printing, 
veterinary case management, and billing. 

 

If access is granted but the site is still loading an "Access Denied" page, please clear your browser's cache data.  
Be sure to choose the following options accordingly: 
  - Time frame = all-time
  - Check: Browsing history, Cookies, and Cached Images and Files
  - Close and reopen a fresh browser window.
