T32 Interdisciplinary Training Program
Program Mission
The Vanderbilt Interdisciplinary T32 Training Program in Alzheimer’s Disease is designed to provide intensive and structured translational research training for a new cadre of talented interdisciplinary scientists.
Due to the heterogeneous nature of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, advances in prevention, detection, and intervention would benefit from innovative translational research efforts that address multiple pathways of injury and overlapping pathological processes. This program emphasizes that heterogeneity.
