Samantha Brown is a Clinical Translational Research Coordinator I at the Vanderbilt Memory and Alzheimer’s Center. She graduated from Fairfield University in May 2019 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. Her research at Fairfield focused on peptide self-assembly, inspired by the Amyloid-Beta sequence found in Alzheimer’s Disease. Samantha also studied Substance Use Disorder in rodent models at the Medical University of South Carolina for the summer of 2018.
Samantha is looking forward to moving to Nashville and working at VMAC before pursuing a career as a physician. In her free time, she loves traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
