Kelsie Full, PhD, MPH
Dr. Kelsie Full is a behavioral epidemiologist and an Assistant Professor in the Division of Epidemiology within the Department of Medicine. Dr. Full’s research focuses on identifying novel lifestyle strategies for healthy aging and chronic disease prevention. Dr. Full is interested in understanding the role of sleep in the development of cardiovascular disease related outcomes, including Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Dr. Full is a co-investigator with the Vanderbilt Memory and Aging Project.
Dr. Full completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Iowa, her MPH in community health sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health, and her PhD in public health with a health behavior concentration from the University of California at San Diego and San Diego State University. Dr. Full then completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She joined the Vanderbilt faculty in 2022.
