The Vanderbilt Memory & Alzheimer’s Center and Vanderbilt Genetics Institute is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time post-doctoral fellow to carry out imaging genetics research with a focus on Alzheimer’s disease. The fellow will be involved in an active, NIH-funded clinical research program, leveraging data from the Alzheimer’s Disease Genetics Consortium (ADGC) and multiple longitudinal cohort studies of Alzheimer's disease. The research portfolio emphasizes sex differences in the genetics predictors of Alzhimer's disease, and “asymptomatic” Alzheimer's disease in which participants present with all the neuropathological features of AD but without cognitive impairment.
