Shared upright and inverted microscopes are available for PMI laboratories. Systems are equipped with fluorescent light sources, digital cameras and image quantitation software. Users must be trained...please contact Andries Zijlstra to schedule that training.

FACSCANTO II
FACSCANTO II is a 8-color flow cytometer. It is available to all PMI laboratories. Users must be trained for using the software and the cytometer. Please contact Lan Wu before you make plans to use the machine.

Gel Documentation and Digital Imaging
These facilities offer two G:Box syngene imaging stations for departmental use. One system is dedicated to the quantitative imaging of chemiluminescence (i.e. immunoblots) while the other is a gel documentation system dedicated for protein and DNA gels. In addition to these two aquisition systems, laboratories within PMI have access to off-line analysis software (GeneTools).
