Febrile Traveler Screening (Updated April 6, 20232):
Use this tool for patients that have presented to VUMC with the following:
- Fever (>= 100.4°) within the past 24 hours
- Travel within the past four weeks to countries outside of North and South America OR exposure to someone who has who has been ill?
[They may also have reported symptoms of respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath) in the past 24 hours, but this is not required for all contagious infections of concern]
