You deserve a break! Two pop-ups to choose from:
- On Campus! Drop-in for a quick stretch break each Wednesday between 12-12:30pm on the Medical Center Plaza outside of the Au Bon Pain and VUH entrances. Look for the Stretch Break sign!
- Virtual! Drop-in for a quick stretch break the first Wednesday of each month between 11-11:30am via Zoom. Register each month for the link!

Health Plus offers Mindful Breaks where faculty and staff can join in guided stretching and breathing to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed!
