About the Experience:

Discard the idea that a healthy diet has to be tasteless, boring, expensive, and time-consuming. For ten weeks, you will gain practical information that will help you take your current nutrition status to the next level. 

What to Expect:

  • Every Thursday (July 19 – September 20) you will receive an email that provides a brief description of the weekly topic and a link to the full lesson. This will help you create your grocery list for the weekend to prepare the featured recipe.
  • After reading the lesson, put your knowledge into practice by completing an optional action challenge.
  • Each Monday, Health Plus will email all TASTE participants a reminder to read the article and complete the optional challenge if you have not already done so.
  • At the end of the ten weeks, you will receive an email with a link to a brief survey. Completion of this survey will qualify you for a participation prize and an entry for grand prizes!
