VIGH Poster Wins HPERD Blue Ribbon

VIGH faculty and staff members won the 1st place blue ribbon for their poster, "Strengthening Global Health Medical Education through Multi-Modal Curriculum" at the 2017 Gerald S. Gotterer Health Professions Education Research Day (HPERD) on October 30. The annual event is named in honor of Gerald Gotterer, M.D., Ph.D., professor emeritus in Medical Education and Administration, for his many contributions to medical education at Vanderbilt.

This event provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to showcase their education research in the health professions within the Vanderbilt community. It is organized by the Office of Health Sciences Education through the Educator Development Program and the Office for Continuous Professional Development.
