Sort up to 6 populations using the 4 cell sorters in our facility. 3 BD FACS Aria III cell sorters and 1 Cytek CS Cell Sorter. All sorters are capable of sorting at a high rate and excellent purity and recovery. Each sorter is enclosed in biosafety cabinets
Laser lines for each sorter:
FACS Aria III (BioBubble): 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 633nm
FACS Aria II (BakerHood): 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 633nm
Cytek CS Sorter: 365nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 633nm
Sorting Capabilities:
- Single-cell sorting into 96 or 384 well plates
- Nozzle sizes: 70um, 100um, 130um
- Bulk sorting into 1.5 Eppendorf tubes, 5mL round bottom tubes, 15mL conicals, 6-well plates, 24-well plates,
