Vanderbilt University Medical Center can now use your genetic information to help prevent bad drug side effects. We call this PREDICT. The idea is to give the right dose of the right drug, the first time.

PREDICT is a program that gives information to your doctor when a drug is being prescribed. It tells the doctor if the drug might not work well for you based on your DNA. We believe Vanderbilt is the first academic medical center in the US to offer this program.
