Marc Beller, P.M.P., B.A.  Mr. Beller is a Principal Product Manager with Vanderbilt Health IT since the Fall of 2000, and supports various areas of the Vanderbilt enterprise, with an emphasis on clinical and translational research.  In this role, he has led projects involving process improvement, commercial software selection and technical assessment, in-house software development, research interventions within the VUMC electronic health record, and systems integration.  He has earned the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (P.M.P) and B2T Training’s business analyst certifications.  Utilizing his broad knowledge of available tools and techniques, he approaches projects in a problem-oriented fashion, defines stakeholder requirements, ensures strategic alignment, identifies and evaluates solutions involving varying combinations of people, process, and technology, and coordinates the implementation of change.  Mr. Beller serves as an expert on evaluation, analysis, and implementation best practices, and as a liaison between Vanderbilt Research and the resources of Vanderbilt Health IT.
