Megan Minton

Associate Program Manager

Megan Minton is an Associate Program Manager in the Office of Community Health & Engagement at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). In this role, she supports the Director of Evaluation to develop a comprehensive framework describing the office’s role and impact in community health, and to administer tools and facilitate processes for collecting and analyzing data metrics and other insights. She contributes to program evaluation for OCHE partners, identifying opportunities to assess the effectiveness of programs, partnerships, and quality improvement efforts within OCHE.

Before joining VUMC, Megan served as a Health Navigator where she identified gaps in patient care, coordinated screenings and procedures, and supported patient adherence to care plans through high-volume outreach and data tracking. She also worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator at a nonprofit healthcare organization. In this role, she connected patients to essential social and financial resources, coordinated outreach events, and supported clinical operations through patient navigation and administrative oversight.

Megan holds a B.A. and is working towards a master's degree in public health. She is passionate about advancing healthcare for all through thoughtful evaluation, collaborative practice, and community-centered solutions.
