Sarah Ray

Senior Program Manager

Sarah Ray serves as a Senior Program Manager in the Office of Community Health & Engagement. In this role, she supports the Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy processes across 7 middle TN counties, develops strategic partnerships within the institution and the community to address the prioritized health needs, manages the Lefkowitz Fund program where she connects MD & MPH students to community health experiences, and manages other various internal and community initiatives.

Prior to her role within OCHE, Sarah served as an Administrative Intern at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health & Public Relations from Tulane University, where she also competed as a division 1 volleyball player. Sarah is passionate about improving health outcomes and ensuring all community members are able to achieve their highest form of health.
