Lesley Bristol, MSPH, PMP

Lesley’s work focuses on the strategic planning and implementation of the CMS Maternal Opioid Misuse (MOM) model. In partnership between VUMC and TennCare, the MOM program will use innovative approaches to improve care coordination and services integration for women with opioid use disorder and their infants. Prior to MOM, Lesley worked in operations on the CMS Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative model, in which VUMC engaged over 4,000 clinicians in the mid-south to support practice quality improvement and value-based care transition.

Lesley has a Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She also serves on the Board of the Clara Vista Foundation, a community development organization focused on the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
