Interview Day

An interview is an essential part of our resident selection process. Upon completion of the ERAS application, all materials are reviewed carefully and interview invitations are extended to selected candidates. Residency interview dates for 2024 (for positions beginning August 1st, 2025) are on February 27th, 2024.

On the Sunday night before each interview day, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., there will be a gathering of candidates and current residents for a virtual happy hour. You can chat with the residents and get the scoop to supplement the program presentation you will hear the following Tuesday.

On the interview day, Dr. Grogan likes to begin the program promptly. The program presentation, and interviews will commence at 7:00 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m.
