One Hundred Oaks Internal Medicine, Cancer Screening Data Award - Outstanding performance in leading primary care for mammography rates during Breast Cancer Awareness Month at 80%
VIM Suite 3, Teamwork Award - Dedication to a process improvement pilot that demonstrated a jump in depression screening data from 58.3% to 93% during the month of October
