Huntington’s disease is a neurodegenerative genetic disorder. Symptoms include movement, cognitive, and mood abnormalities (involuntary movements, loss of coordination, compulsive behavior, irritability, anxiety, paranoia, apathy, etc.). There is no cure for this disorder, but treatments are available to alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life.
