Michael Chin, MD, MPH

​Dr. Chin joins the Vanderbilt Occupational Health Clinic from Boston, Massachusetts. He received his MD degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine, graduating with Research Honors Distinction, and an MPH degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He completed his residency training at the Harvard Occupational and Environmental Medicine Program.

Before entering occupational medicine, he conducted extensive translational and clinical research projects in wound healing and radiation exposure at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. In addition to his interests in occupational medicine and public health, Dr. Chin is passionate about innovating novel strategies to help professionals prevent burnout, optimize their work performance, and enhance stress resiliency.
