Training Laypersons and Hospital Personnel in Basic Resuscitation Techniques

Conduct a survey of resources in rural hospitals. Then, implement a trauma training seminar with pre and post evaluation to both hospital personnel and laypersons to evaluate effectiveness and usefulness. Next steps include training trainers as well as implementing resuscitation techniques into international medical curriculum.
